The main goals of development

To create a new center of Tirana with:

  • Local and regional significance
  • Progressive Urban Concepts and updated physical infrastructure
  • Long-term Focus and knowledge oriented strategy for Academic city
  • Catalyst effect for the new type of wider community development

The main goal : ACADEMIC CITY  : a new concept regional knowledge hub and knowledge clusters in the area appropriate for the 21st century: the Age of Knowledge.

The project is financially advised by Deloitte Albania. Market research has been contracted by Tirana 2 Company and has been implemented by Colliers UK.

The project has been evaluated to cost about 270 mio Euros that will be upgraded in conformity of the specific expectations qualities for retail.

Also a “senior secured loan facility” is signed between Tirana 2 and Deutsche Bank AG London Branch (DB), for the financing.

 
 
   
  TIRANA 2

TIRANA 2 sh.p.k.  Is a new real estate and development company created in 2007 with intention of serving the real estate project nominated with the same name
Tirana 2.

The Project Tirana 2 aims to be the initial preface to the new concept of an academic city, gated residential and commercial development in Tirana and the prologue of the new perception of cult objects coexistence in the capital of Albania. This project aims to bring together industry in retail, academia and government. In a particular way this zone should present an indispensable area of development under the policies of challenges for good changes in Tirana Municipality. The Project conceited within the master plan to be approved by the Municipality of Tirana as a multifunctional area site,  is located North West of the city centre just off the main artery that links the newly constructed airport and the city centre. The location of the project holds a strategic position next to the city of Tirana and adjacent areas. The property will be built over a large Greenfield site of about 24, 7 hectares. We are presenting some general technical features of this project:
